vCIO Blueprint (“we”, “us”) provides an advisory platform for MSP vCIO teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the vCIO Blueprint web application and this website.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and organization details you provide when creating an account.
• Workspace content — client records, assessment responses, scores, roadmap items, and notes that you or your team enter into the platform. This content belongs to your organization.
• Usage and log data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to operate the service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
• To process subscription billing.

We do not sell your personal information or your workspace content.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service, including managed hosting, a managed database and authentication provider, and a payment processor for subscription billing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

Data retention and deletion

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your organization’s data and we will remove it from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal and backup-retention constraints.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
