Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the vCIO Blueprint platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

The service

vCIO Blueprint provides tools for MSP advisory teams: technology maturity assessments, TMI scoring, roadmaps, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) tracking, and client portals. The platform is currently offered as an early-access product; features may change, and some advertised capabilities are marked as coming soon and are not yet available.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must have the right to enter any client data you store in the platform.
• You may not misuse the service, including attempting to access other tenants’ data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the client records, assessments, and other content your team enters. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Fees, plan limits, and trial terms are shown at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Assessment scores, recommendations, and roadmaps are decision-support tools, not professional, compliance, or legal advice. You are responsible for the advice you deliver to your clients.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vCIO Blueprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
